Objective:The main purpose of this research is to explore and systematically investigate the differences among medical college students of different ethnic groups in self-efficacy,stress coping style and subjective well-being.To explore the influence mechanism between stress coping style and self-efficacy of medical college students on subjective well-being;The relationship between stress coping style,general self-efficacy and subjective well-being among medical college students and their mechanism were analyzed.This paper probes into the factors that affect college students' happiness and puts forward some Suggestions and methods to increase their subjective happinessMethods:This study selected the 1022 undergraduates in kunming medical university as the research object,the male 302,female 720,393 and 629 The Han students,minority students to face to face questionnaire and recycling statistical survey methods,the late data after finishing by independent samples T test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,linear regression,in the form of mediation effect test and analysis results are obtained.Results:The subjective well-being of medical college students was significantly different between medical majors and non-medical majors(F=13.133,p=0.000<0.05).There were significant differences in the negative coping styles among different genders of medical college students(t=0.891,p=0.000<0.05).There were significant differences in the positive coping styles among different ethnic groups of medical college students(t=1.074,p=0.012<0.05).There was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and subjective well-being,with a correlation coefficient of 0.293(p<0.05).Subjective well-being was positively correlated with positive coping,with a correlation coefficient of 0.384(p<0.05).The influence coefficient of positive coping style on self-efficacy and subjective well-being was 0.2080(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between different genders in the subjective well-being of medical college students(t=-0.116,p=0.735>0.05).There was no significant difference in the subjective well-being of medical college students among different ethnic groups(t=1.449,p=0.278>0.05).There was no significant difference in the subjective well-being of medical college students among different grades(F=1.254,p=0.286>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between different majors in the subjective well-being of medical students(F=1.115,p=0.346>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between different genders in the self-efficacy of medical college students(t=2.987,p=0.78>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in students' self-efficacy among different ethnic groups(t=2.562,p=0.493>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the general self-efficacy of medical college students among different grades(F=2.328,p=0.098>0.05).The difference of general self-efficacy between medical majors and non-medical majors was not statistically significant(t=2.445,p=0.424>0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive coping style between different genders of medical college students(t=-2.791,p=0.071>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the negative coping style among different ethnic groups among medical college students(t=1.433,p=0.052>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the positive coping style among the different professional groups of medical college students(t=-0.070,p=0.088>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the negative coping style among the different professional groups of medical college students(t=4.471,p=0.351>0.05).Conclusions:Firstly,the subjective well-being and self-efficacy of current medical college students are at a high level,which is above the average level.Secondly,there was no significant difference in subjective well-being and self-efficacy among medical students of different genders,ethnic groups and grades.Third,the subjective well-being of medical students is significantly higher than that of non-medical students.Fourth,han students are more likely to choose a positive way to deal with pressure than minority students.Fifth,the subjective well-being of medical college students is significantly positively correlated with self-efficacy and positive coping styles.Students with higher self-efficacy and tendency to choose positive coping styles can obtain higher happiness.Finally,positive coping style plays an important mediating role between self-efficacy and subjective well-being.Medical college students with high self-efficacy can adopt positive coping style to improve their subjective well-being.
