The Sociology Research On Psychological Pressure Of City State-owned Enterprise Unemployed Person

Under the background of workers who transfer from lay-off to unemployment, taking the resources-oriented city Hubei Huangshi's state-owned enterprise unemployed person as study object, with the questionnaire, the literature and the case interview as data collecting method, combing qualitative and quantitative analyzes, this research described the psychological pressure situation of the state-owned enterprise unemployed person in city, analyzed its major affecting factors, discussed the sociological connotation behind the phenomenon of the psychological pressure individuality and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.Firstly, the study elaborated the objective, the significance, the framework, method and the content of the study on the basis of reviewing extensively a series of achievements related to this research field.Secondly, the research described the psychological pressure size of the city state-owned enterprise unemployed person from such four aspects as the economical pressure, the interpersonal pressure, the employment pressure and the future pressure, discussed the unemployed person's psychological pressure performance from the aspects of physiology, emotion and behaviour, make the simple description to the way of the current unemployed person using to counter the psychological pressure, analyzed the differentiations among different groups of the unemployment workers . The research discovered that, the city state-owned enterprise unemployed person had the biggest economical pressure and the most obvious physiological reaction. The countermeasures of the psychological pressure employed by the unemployed person were mostly unconscious mood-oriented. There existed significant difference among unemployed person with different sex, age and marital status, in which male unemployed person, the old unemployed person, the divorce unemployed person's psychological pressure is worth paying attention especially.Thirdly, discussed the affecting factors on the psychological pressure of the city state-owned enterprise unemployed person from the individual level, the family level and the social level. The research discovered that the personality, the need level and the recognition of their responsibility in the family in the individual level, the expectation of the family members in the family level, the supporting degree of the spouse constituted the key affecting elements on the unemployed person.Finally, on the basis of quantitative study, we proposed this research's fundamental conclusion, carried on the preliminary discussion of the sociological connotation the city state-owned enterprise unemployed person's psychological pressure refracted and put forward several proposals of how to ease the city state-owned enterprise unemployed person's psychological pressure in this foundation.
