Along with the transformation of Chinese society,China’s social organization has also undergone earth-shaking changes.The unit system is the product of China’s planned economy era.The Post and Telecommunications Bureau,as one of the many units,has all the characteristics of the unit system.The development of the communication industry is also the embodiment of social development and progress.However,in the current era when the market economy replaced the planned economy,China’s rapid social structural transformation,the existence of the unit system suffered a huge impact and test,the original unit was gradually replaced by a new social organization,and the unit system eventually disintegrated.However,the people in the original unit still retain the memory of the planned economy era and the unit system.By exploring this group,we can not only see the characteristics of the unit system that has been almost completely eliminated,but also interpret the transformation of the unit with the change of society.The problem of psychological decline after becoming an individual.In this paper,based on the practice of visiting the retired workers of the K County Post and Telecommunications Bureau of Guizhou Province,the author uses case interviews,participation observation methods and literature research methods to collect data.The research finds that the psychological gap of service objects is mainly reflected in the trend of mainstream identity.Marginalization,a decline in social identity,and an inability to change roles.Through interviews with retired employees of the Post and Telecommunications Bureau,it is found that compared with other retirees,retired employees of state-owned enterprises have a clearer understanding of their status.They verbally call themselves a vulnerable group,but they do not agree with the actual psychological;they are forced to come out of the original life that is highly attached to the unit,the original acquaintance society and intimate space are broken,and the huge discomfort Then,the psychological gap occurred.Through the author’s case study on the retired workers of the Post and Telecommunications Bureau,the author believes that the disintegration of the unit system has had a huge impact on the life of retired workers in state-owned enterprises.The problem of solving the psychological gap of this group also has certain research significance.
