The level of moral education symbolizes the overall strength and the level of education of colleges and universities. Postgraduates are outstanding youth and play an important role in the society. The postgraduate moral education directly relates to their physical and mental growth, to their ability of solving problem and knowledge utilization and so on. Since the human history entered the 21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology, economic globalization, political multi-polarization and the trend of internationalization of education, there have appeared international thinking and cultural blend and collisions, which have brought a tremendous influence and impact to postgraduate moral objectives, content, forms, methods, means, etc.. At present, because of China right in a period of social transition, some difficulties and problems, shocks of external culture, the internal management of institutions and the quality of educators, graduate size and other factors, some unfortunate incidents happened amongst postgraduates, which exposed many problems existing in postgraduate moral education and proved the existence of risks and crisis in postgraduate moral education. In such cases, this thesis raised the issue of early-warning for graduate moral education. On the base of documents and the materials obtained by investigation, the author combines the theory of early-warning with postgraduate moral education. The author analyses the risks existing in postgraduate moral education. Then by monitoring the risk information, searching risk sources, analyzing risk signs, forecasting risk degrees and controlling the risk in advance , we can eliminate the risk and damage brought by the risk at the very beginning and make the moral education more targeted and effective. The thesis is divided into four chapters:Chapter I is Introduction, including issues raised, the purpose and significance of the study, an overview of the documents, research methods.Chapter II is The Theory On Early-warning Of Postgraduate Moral Education. This chapter includes the theoretical basis: moral theory, moral management theory, the theory of early warning, the information theory, cybernetics and the theory of decision-making, and the connotation, classification, function, significance of the early-warning.Chapter III is The Analysis Of The Risk Existing In Postgraduate Moral Education. The author analyses the factors affecting postgraduate moral education and the risk factors existing in postgraduate moral education according to the law of postgraduate education.
