Facing the challenge of the knowledge economy and high technology, the common good of today education is that training high quality person of talent who possesses science and humanities quality. The mixture of science and humanities education is the inevitable choice of today education development. And the inevitable trend of future education development The spoken and written language education must adapt to the total educational request that the social and country ask, start new aspect of self—education reform. and develop toward the mixture of science and humanities education.The thesis firstly defines the concepts of humanities education and science education, analyze summarize the feature and function. point out the basic attribute of the mixture, and generalize the character of humanities and science education of spoken and written language education according to the character of philology. On the basis of present condition of philology development. rethink the confinement and make clear the developing direction both of them. The inevitable developing trend of the mixture is testified by plenty of theories and facts. On the basis of several years of teach practice and guided by concerned educational theory. point out the effective way which is operable of realizing both of them. The thesis wants to make the concept of the humanities and science education the same important, catch on to the general method of the mixture, and effectively bring about the mixture during the practice, finally achieve the function of fostering full—scale development person, promote the spoken and written education healthy development.
