With the rapid development of the information technology , network technology and resources have become the most important part of education because it continuously provides support to education and meanwhile develops new thoughts in teaching innovation. At present, the network construction all over Chinese primary and middle schools develops rapidly, with every school connected . They have the conditions of spreading education information technology and subject integration, but many primary and middle schools are confronted with a problem which is the lack of on- line teaching resources , especially the lack of on-line subject resourcesin accordance withthe aptitude oflocal students .T herefore , how to construct the teaching resources based on monographic learning websites, how to teach with the help of monographic websites in the environment of network. and how to design teaching project and enlarge education and teaching content will give direction to the teaching of senior middle school physics and become one main topic in the research of on-line teaching study. Aiming directly at the problem of carrying out on-line teaching , this paper deals with the exploration of theory and the attempt at practice in the on-line monographic teaching of senior middle school physics both from the point of theory and practice.Firstly: The necessity of this study and the feasibility of on-line monographic teaching are given in terms of background , realistic significance, theory basis and practice strategy and principle of senior middle school physics.Secondly: The learning website of senior middle school physics is builtaccording to the condition of BaoTou Iron and Steel Number Thirteen Middle School, so that it provides an open , free , wise and happy teaching terrace. Lastly : During the teaching of senior middle school physics , on-line monographic teaching practice of physics is carried out, which is an important reference to the teaching innovation of senior middle school physics and offers an efficient way to formulate subject standards .This paper aims at the theory exploration and practice study of n-line monographic teaching of senior middle school physics, it attempts to transform teachers'teaching method, students'learning method, presentation of teaching content , interactive way of teaching , let teachers become guides of learning ,let students become center of teaching and learning . In this way, teachers reach the state of"teaching is not for teaching's sake"and teach students in accordance with their aptitude and students develop in various areas and gain happiness from learning .This paper alsoreveals the particular advantage of modern information technology , thatis, it can provides flexible, colorful ,wide ,free learning environment and make resources shared and interactive. In this way, it widens time and space boundary and make computer become an efficient learning tool for students to study and explore.
