Research On Educational Ecological Environment Problems In School

In accordance with the concept of the educational ecology, the environment in education is a various environmental system which restrains and controls the existence and development of the education with the core of educating. Education cannot develop without corresponding ecological environment. It is essential condition for human being to develop continuously. However, there are still many unbalances in educational environment. Macroscopically, the unbalances are existing between education and social development, the development of education and the investment of government, the rich education sources and the exploitation efficiency, the quality education and testing technique education, the close education and the open society, severe social competition and harmonic personal relationship, ect. Microcosmically, the unbalances are appearing between all-around development and characteristics development, the high marks and the low abilities, the out date education content and the knowledge advancement and the needs of study, the scientific spirit cultivating and the humane spirits enhancing, etc. The development of education is held back by those unbalances seriously.The author aims to eliminate those unbalances on microcosm and establish a harmonic environment of education so as to enhance the continuous development of teachers and students. On the basis of theories of quality education, the educational ecology and the managerial concept of culture, together with the long-term experiences, the author exploits the methods and approaches to construct a harmonic environment in school education actively. "Endow the hardware with life, the software with soul." Both hardware and software in school education are exploited to enhance students cultivating in harmonic environment of education actively and ail-roundly.
