On Students' Moral Education Circumstance In Normal Colleges And Its' Solution

As people's teachers in the future, normal college's students should develop proper teaching moral for the sake of satisfaction of vocational need. Teachers' moral education had been absorbed and developed by normal colleges in the process of theirs' systematic reform. The thesis is to explore the problems about moral education to normal college's students with the background of current moral education situation, solve problems regarding to the moral education, and therefore propose the author's views and suggestion of improvement accordingly.Under current circumstance regarding to vocational moral education in the normal colleges, teachers, the subject of vocational moral education, indicates the increase in terms of their qualification, however, vocationally moral education maintained boring features. Depending only on teachers from political science field to carry out the vocationally moral education towards normal college's students is impossible to realization of cultivation of extraordinary people's teachers. The students, as the object of vocational moral education indicates the decrease of moral qualification with extension of academic term in college. That is caused by qualification deterioration of applicants source under educational system-reform background.The circumstance of the students moral education exposes the series of problems, among which, the core problem is knowledge to teachers' moral influenced by social views towards teachers' moral. With the decease of students' quality, colleges otherwise underlines the education of "how to be a normal person", but ignore the education of "how to be a teacher", causing the decrease of teachers' moral education' importance.Facing the problems among normal colleges' moral education towards students, what measure should we take to solve the problems mentioned above? First of all, we should take proper educational methods to cultivate proper vocational moral towards the students for the sake of keeping vicious affects from social opinion towards teachers' moral; secondly, we should mix the students' vocational moral into political education to carrying out the vocational moral education comprehensively according to features of the students.
