In the new period,China's teacher education system is undergoing major reforms.Focusing on the professional growth of teachers has become a hot and important points in the research and reform of education.The curriculum setting is the core of education teaching,and also the key of teachers' education.Teacher education curriculum is the carrier to achieve the goal of training,which greatly affects the quality of personnel training.This study takes J University as the research object,through literature analysis method,investigation method,interview method and other research methods,from the perspective of normal students to understand the status of teacher education curriculum.Combining with the sorting,induction and analysis of the data,we find out the shortcomings of the curriculum of teachers' education,and seek the strategies to solve the problems.It is found that the overall evaluation level of teacher education curriculum in normal universities is acceptable.In the five dimensions,the consistency of curriculum goals is the highest and the score of curriculum structure is the lowest.There are significant differences in gender,identity,professional type,employment intention and class participation in the overall evaluation of the present situation of teacher education curriculum.It is found that there are some problems in curriculum setting of teachers'Education:curriculum goals and training objectives are difficult to match;curriculum content is too theoretical and practical;curriculum proportion is not reasonable;educational practice forms are single,and form a mere formality.And the above problems are analyzed,found the cause of these problems are:the gradual formation of the open system of teacher education curriculum content;the lack of innovation,from the basic education;education practice curriculum model of rigid theory is difficult to apply in practice;lack of contact with the primary and secondary schools.To solve the above problems,the author gives the following suggestions:firstly,to play the advantages of the traditional Normal University;concept set secondly,set up reasonable curriculum;thirdly,adjust the course content,optimize the curriculum structure;fourthly increase in educational practice,enrich the real education practice curriculum form;fifthly,strengthen the cooperation with other schools,the establishment of common culture machine.
