You hear , you forget ; You see, you remember ; You do, you learn.Year 2001, China Ministry of Education and China Science & technology association pulsed on the scientific education experiments project of "Learning by doing". Learning by doing is an effective learning model. Reflection is one of the important factors to promote the development of teachers and students. In information age, there appears a question as to how to use the learning by doing to guide students' learning and promote the development of teachers and students in the process of instruction and perfect the model. Under the direction of the new concept education which serves learning, aiming at the new area of learning by doing——middle school IT education, the author puts forward a new learning by doing instructional model: Learning By Doing In Meddle School IT Education for Promoting Reflection. This model has many advantages, such as centering on learning, exerting the concept map's potentials well, emphasizing reflection of teachers and students, paying attention to knowledge and ability equally, evaluating scientifically, realizing joint development of teachers and students, which perfectly reflect the characters of the new concept education.Focusing on the learning by doing in meddle school IT education for promoting reflection, this research fulfills three tasks:Firstly, expatiating on the theoretical basis, instructional objective and instructional process of the instructional model.Secondly, organizing a learning by doing instruction practice and make a survey on the instruction for promoting reflection, so as to check up and perfect the instructional model.Thirdly, use the network evaluating system to judge the processing and resulting of the instruction on network.In a word, this research enriches and perfects the learning by doing theory, and provides helpful references for the learning by doing practice.
