Learners are asked to have critical thinking and reflection ability, and use information to solve problems effectively in the information age. Reflective thinking is an important approach to learn to study for students. Reflection ability is a synthetical ability involves critical thinking, choice/decision and control by oneself. It is self-adjusting ability by oneself and metacognitive capability's important performance. Reflection is not only a kind of study technical ability but also a kind of study attitude to lifetime study. Social progress and the individual developments request to improve the reflection ability constantly.Through literature research, it is discovered that although it is increasing gradually about "reflection" research, most research is to investigate reflective teaching through teachers. There is little of research to investigate reflective learning through students, especially to research on reflection ability's cultivation in high school student's information technology. This paper attempts to research on how to make students learn to study through training students' reflective learning ability in programming teaching, according to reflective learning ability's training and cultivating.Firstly, by researching the literature, this paper defines reflection and reflective learning according to literature documents and materials about theory and practice. Furthermore, it analyses the importance to cultivate students' reflective leaning ability in program teaching, and the factors which influence reflective learning, in hope of finding the methods to improve students' reflective ability.Secondly, this paper analyses reflective leaning's theory base. It combines the information technology's algorithm and programming module's teaching and puts forward teaching strategy to cultivate reflective learning ability according reflective consciousness, reflective skill, and reflective will.Thirdly, the article puts forward five steps reflective teaching mode, selects several teaching segments. Combining reflective learning strategy and teaching modes, we advance there teaching cases, reflection-solution, reflective learning based on task driving and reflective learning based on group cooperation, the former outstands teacher's instruction and supervise position, the latter two outstand students' learning and monitor ability.Lastly, the research place is two classes of grade one of a high school in Jinhua city. The author selected one class to carry out the action research and the other is contrast class. The author took high school's program teaching as experiment environment, selected VB as program language. In experimental class, we paid attention to cultivate students' reflective learning ability and did research through there teaching cases. The paper analyses the results between the experimental class and contrast class before and after research, questionnaire and interview records. The research indicates that reflective teaching can make students use many reflective skills actively, improve students' study attitude. The reflective class can obviously improve teaching effect, promote students' knowledge assimilation and transfer, also improve a part of excellent students' study, when they help classmates.
