| China's education urgently needs to enhance the students' subjectivity and creative ability , this is also an important orientation of China's educational reform. Due to the influence of traditional thought on education, in the process of classroom teaching, students' subject status is ignored, their subject consciousness is not awakened, and their initiative and creativity are not brought into full play, consequently, students' abilities cannot be actively and harmoniously developed. For the propose of reforming traditional experiment teaching approaches, and improving senior high school experiment classroom teaching of biology, the research has constructed new teaching mode of subjectivity in senior high school experiment class of biology, which is based on the concept of subjective education .This mode includes: the definitions , the guiding of the mode , the function target, general operation procedure of the mode, teaching strategy, the condition of the mode usage, the teaching cases, the mode evaluation.Based on experiences of this mode in senior high school classroom teaching of biology ,the following conclusion is reached: On one hand, this mode can help arouse student's interest in learning biology, it is good for the student to master the biology experiment foundation knowledge to improve the high school students' operation ability and creative ability on biology experiment effectively. On the other hand, it can combine teaching with studying into an integral whole.For carrying out the mode better, The subjective teaching is a kind of principle, which has no unique teaching mode, The application of the subjective teaching still needs further research,The teaching mode should be prevented from free-control, subjective teaching needs highly qualified teachers.
