The middle school classroom constantly emphasizes the principal role of students in the teaching process,improves the participation of students in the classroom,especially in the natural science experiment teaching courses to strengthen the degree of student participation,these have become the middle school classroom teaching research hotspot.PBL(Promble-Based Learning),problem-Based Learning or problem-oriented teaching.At the same time,PBL teaching mode has both the problem situation creation of inquiry teaching and the characteristics of group learning.Under the guidance of teachers,students solve situation problems together through independent thinking.The teaching objective of PBL teaching mode is not to let students passively accept knowledge,but to construct their own knowledge types flexibly and independently,so as to improve students' independent learning ability and cooperative learning ability.This teaching mode has gradually attracted researchers' attention.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,PBL teaching mode is different in various aspects,and its teaching concept is also consistent with the concept of the new curriculum reform in China at the present stage,which focuses on the development of students' comprehensive ability.As a teaching mode,PBL has been studied for a long time both at home and abroad.Researchers have applied PBL teaching mode in classroom teaching of various disciplines such as extralinguals and physicochemical biology,with different applications and different practical contents.Even in the experimental teaching of natural subjects in middle school,there is a little,but in the application of biological experimental teaching is less.The author through the literature reading,based on the characteristics of the PBL teaching mode,teasing out the PBL teaching mode used in biological experiment teaching,and applied to the junior middle school biology experiment teaching,in order to improve the junior middle school biology experiment class atmosphere and students' participation in the process of experiment teaching,improve students in biology study,and comprehensive ability of biological experiment ability,etc.This paper mainly completed the following research content:1.Read and sort out relevant literature of PBL teaching mode,define relevant concepts,and explain the characteristics of PBL teaching mode,the current situation of PBL teaching mode at home and abroad,and the current situation of biological experiment teaching in junior middle schools in China.2.According to the previous cognition of PBL teaching mode,combined with the characteristics of biological experiments in junior high school,some modifications were made,and PBL teaching mode suitable for junior high school biological experiment teaching was obtained through analysis.3.Take the experiment in junior high school biology experiment as an example for teaching design.4.Practical research on PBL teaching mode in junior high school biology experiment teaching.Select suitable experimental content,conduct PBL teaching,and collect relevant data in practice.In the whole research process,literature review,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other research methods were used to discuss the feasibility and advantages of PBL teaching mode in junior high school biological experiment teaching.The results show that the application of PBL teaching mode in junior high school biology experiment teaching is consistent with the new curriculum reform concept,and can improve students' comprehensive scores and other comprehensive abilities to a certain extent.
