In recent years, to satisfy the need of education reform and development research in China, students’ subjectivity should be more focused on in biology teaching in senior high schools. Of course, there are many ways to realize students’ subjectivity. Among these ways, a widely-used method is to excavate students’ subjectivity by creating experiment situation. Undoubtedly, teachers don’t have to be limited by the textbooks while doing that.On the contrary, they should use the textbooks flexibly and create more suitable and splendid situations for students according to area levels, students’ characteristics, teaching facilities, teaching goals, teachers’ own characteristics and so on. Improved experiment situations can improve teaching effect, promote students’ creativity, thinking and exploring ability, and finally students’ subjectivity can be realized. Realizing students’ subjectivity is becoming a key issue to carry out quality education, which fits in with the trend of the world education reform. The theories of subjectivity education and experiment exploring teaching model are discussed deeply in this essay. The author holds the view that it is an effective way to develop students’ subjectivity to optimize actively.From February, 2015 to February, 2016, the author collected and sorted documents and data related to experiment situation creation. In the meanwhile, she mainly experimented on the project of optimizing experiment situation, trying to excavate the students’ subjectivity during the situation. According to the basic principles, the author adopted the method of identical group’s experiment and designed 11 optimized situations in the term. The essay focused on the introduction to three typical situations. The control class adopted the traditional situational setting, while improved experiment situation in the experimental class, which largely encourage students to take part actively, learn to observe and explore and analyze the experiment phenomena. Therefore, students’ subjectivity has been developed. In the project experiment, the author tested on the students’ academic performance. Besides, she not only invested and analyzed the students’ features, but also tested on the students’ experiment exploring skills. The study result suggested: creating experiment situation actively in senior high schools can contribute to the development of students’ subjectivity.
