Research On Development & Management Of Teachers Human Resources In Higher Vocational School In Inner Mongolia

After China's reforming and opening, the higher vocational school made good use of the opportunity of China's mass higher education, with it's advantages of facing to the market and flexible system and became an important segment of China's higher education.Higher Vocational Education(HVE) of Inner Mongolia has made great progress during the past 20 years of development. But the real great development was after 1996 Especially in 1999, after Chinese authority made a decision of fully developing HVE, a basic system on HVE was formed. This is a system from primary grade to high grade, with rational structure and complete variety, combined with school education and short-term training. However, because the time of taking up HVE is not long enough, People of the society haven't totally grasped its regulation, We neither have the ready-made running school experience, nor do we have enough teachers to meet the needs of HVE. So HVE is still at a stage of exploration.This article mainly researches into a problem on the development and management of teachers human resources in the higher vocational school in Inner Mongolia . Through personal investigation , consultation of connected materials and the developing circumstances of HVE domestic and abroad. I systematically analyze the basic characteristic of HVE and its cultivation goal,furthermore putting forward their demands towards teacher resources. Meanwhile, I analyze the current condition of teachers human resources in the higher vocational school in Inner Mongolia. With the combination of HVE teachers cultivation goal, I propose a solution to the construction of full-time and part-time teachers' group of HVE. Finally, employing the administration theories of human resources and advanced experience abroad, I design the construction of development and management of teachers human resources and relative systems in the higher vocational school. This article tries to provide reference for the construction of teachers human resources in the higher vocational school.
