In recent years, the higher vocational education plays a more and more important role in Chinese higher education. How to make sure the teachers are with an appropriate number, reasonable construction and well-qualified is the key to guarantee talents cultivation quality, advance the teaching learning quality and promote the higher vocational education development, which now are below the standard.The innovation of the thesis is to summarize and analyze the researches specialists have done to construct the higher vocational teachers’ management innovation pattern which is about the dynamic allocation of teacher resources, the multidimensional performance appraisal of teachers’ achievements and multiple motivation mechanism for the teachers under the foundation of management theories, motivation theories, theories of Knowledge Worker and theories of management of the higher vocational colleges with the methods of document analysis, statistical analysis, investigation and comparative analysis.In the empirical analysis, we discuss the situation of teaching staff of Zhejiang institute of J and try to find out the problems and reasons of the management. According to the characteristics and development law of this college, we propose a highly individualized approach to the optimize management and wish to do further research and improvement in practice.
