Soft plastic track makes itself softer and less elastic than normal track by means of making plastic thick and increasing the plastic interval. Various running and jumping exercises on soft plastic track have been part of the training contents of sprint and other track and field items. To explore the difference of technology of sprint, step, and hop exercise between soft plastic track and normal plastic track, and find out the influence that soft plastic track has on running and jumping technology and the training effects of sprint specific strength caused by the influence ,this paper compares the sprint ,hot and step technology of 10 first-rate athletes on normal track with that of soft plastic track by means of high speed measurement, graph analysis ,mathematical statistics and gray relation analysis. It also probes how soft plastic track makes these running and jumping exercises generate specific strength training effects by changing technology during the supporting phase .The results show that :(1) Soft plastic track is softer than normal track ,thus athletes will get a comprehensive resistance when doing running or jumping exercises on it, which changes the technology of such exercise .Doing various running and jumping exercises on it not only helps to prevent sport injury, but also develops sprint specific strength effectively.(2)The value of doing sprint...
