Objective: This paper makes a longitudinal comparison of the basic athletic quality of the athletes, the kinematics indexes of the lower extremity hip, knee and ankle, and the muscle strength of the links before and after the experiment,in order to find out the mechanism of the action of the uphill running training on the athletes' running technique and special strength on the way.To further clarify the link muscle strength changes on the technical structure of sprint movement. Methods: Using biomechanical test and isomotor strength test,10 male athletes of track and field special class were trained for 8 weeks,3 times a week, and the basic sports quality indexes were taken before and after the experiment. The main conclusions are as follows:1.The upslope running training has greatly improved the sprint performance and basic sports quality of the athletes.2.Uphill training shortens single-step time and increases the shear speed of the thighs and the horizontal speed of the body's center of gravity.3.Uphill running related kinematic parameters of lower limb joint training has a significant positive impact. For the athletes to increase angle, improve the kinematic parameters of speed and centrifugal contraction is almost have a positive effect, and for the kinematic parameters need to decrease the angle and centripetal contraction.4.The effect of uphill running training on the acceleration of lower limbs and the body forward effect is increased, but the effect on the extensors of the hip and the flexor muscles of the ankle is negative. The development of such imbalance will make athletes more vulnerable to injury.5.The uphill running is not conducive to the full folding of the swinging leg,but it was not conducive to the full folding of the swinging leg,and the oversize leg folding angle was not good for the swinging leg to complete the fast forward swing.
