Purpose:To summarize the influence of weight vest training on sprint, Comparative Physical Fitness, Kinematic parameters and muscle strength link of Lower limb before and after the experiment,reveal the relationship between special strength and sprint technology.Methods:Using high-speed photography and isokinetic testing of selected 13 male sprinters( mean±SD: age: 19.7±0.9; years: height:1.76±0.06m; weight:69.1±10;100m best performance:11.71±0.46s)for 8 weeks(3 times a week) carrying increasing weight vest repeat run training. Sprint was tracked by a PULNIX progressive scan system at 120 Hz; The hip and knee isokinetic concentric PT, PT/BW, MTW,TW,W/BW,AVG. Power,AGON/ANTAG Ratio were measured by the BIODEX ? isokinetic testing dynamometer at the speed of 60, 120, 240, and 300 °/s, respectively. The ankle was at the speed of 60,120,180°/s.Results:1,Results of 30m?60m?100m and standing jump significance at P<0.01. 2, Center of gravity speed, Step length and Vacated distance of body significance at P<0.01.The limbs kinematic parameters have significantly increased(p<0.05, p<0, 01), such as knee-point velocity, knee flexion and extension of the supporting leg, etc. 3, Lower extremity joints concentric Isokinetic muscle parameters were significantly changes.Conclusions:1, Weigh vest repeat sprint can improve sprinter reaction speed absolute velocity and power. Sprinters Specific Strength change, and the impact of their technology model. 2, The ground phase of development over the knee extension, is not conducive to effectively carry out the hip extension. In addition, it easily lead ankle sprain.
