A Study On The Present Condition And Counterplan Of Excellent Athletes' Occupational Values In Guangxi

It is inseparable with their occupational values that the bad game phenomenon of the athlete, the deviated behavior of exercise, and whether complete the huge training mission with the firmal faith etc..The coaches and managers must understand the present condition and the mechanism of the athletes'occupational values, then they decide to adopt the valid counterplans and measures to raise the interesting of the athlete, and to change the negative attitude of the occupation, then becoming the positive interaction with social occupation.Therefore, adapting historical literature method, questionnaire survey, mathematics statistical method and compared method etc., choosing athletes of above 17 years old of sports development center in Guangxi as research objects, analyzed and discussed the present condition of the athletes'occupational values in Guangxi, put forward to the mindset counterplans to constuct the athletes'occupational values, provided the important theories for the managers to educate the occupational values.The main results of this study show as follows:(1) The 8 dimensions that measure the athletes'occupational values one by one in order are:the ego development, social interaction, training condition, material life, aggressive enterprising, model events, prestige, occupation morals.(2) The male athletes pay more attention to ego development, social interaction, aggressive enterprising, material life, model events of the occupational values;The female athletes more value the occupation morals than the male, and both show the obvious difference.(3) According to the different sports item, the ego development, social interaction, training condition, model events,occupation morals have the obvious difference. Athletes who are engaged in the Event-group 1[1],3 and 7 pay more attention to ego development than who are engaged in the Event-group 2,4 and 6; The athletes who are engaged in the Event-group 7 pay more attention to social interaction and model events; The athletes who are engaged in Event-group 1 and 5 are more satisfied current training condition than who are engaged in the other Event-groups; The athletes who are engaged in the Event-group 6 do not value occupation morals.(4) According to the different cultural degree, the material life has the obvious difference.The athletes of the above university cultural degree pay more attention to the material life treatment than the athletes of junior high school cultural degree in the occupation. The university cultural degree is the key period of the athletes'occupational values development.(5) There is a hand over function among the different sex, sport items, cultural degree. The cultural degree of the senior high school who are engaged in the Event-group 1 and 7 of male athletes more value social interaction and occupation morals than the female, and the male athletes who are engaged in the Event-group 7 express more actively enterprising spirit than the female; The cultural degree of the senior high school who are engaged in Event-group 5...
