With deep development of reformation and opening to the outside world in our country, there will be decline current in middle school students' ideology and morality, the efficiency of middle school moral education is low. So we have to consider middle school moral education teaching deeply. Though our middle school moral education teaching has many strong points, it still has many shortages. This mostly represents in the following aspects: the content of moral education is divorced from students real lives, teaching method of moral education is much unilateral infuse, pedagogue is insulated from educatee, ignoring main body of students. We have to think about traditional moral education deeply. We realize that moral education teaching needs dialogues through reflect. By analyzing dialogues and dialogues teaching, we explained the deep meanings, characteristics and methods of dialogue teaching. When discussing the practice of dialogues teaching, we has explained how to set up equal relation between teachers and students, to train dialogues consciousness among students, to create dialogue situation, to select topics which accord with characteristic of students and to set up process of dialogues. We have found that the problems existing in the present dialogue teaching practices fall into the following categories: the conscious emphasis on create leads to deviating from the teaching aim, stubborn pursuit of dialogue causes the lack of profound andnecessary teaching; blindly pursuit quantity of dialogue and neglect the qualityof dialogues, which deviate from the students' real lives.
