Conformity And Establishment Of Information Managing System For Track & Field Meeting At Basic Level

By the methods of survey, literature and analysis, this paper studies information management of track & field meeting at basic level and its system. The main function and managing flow of the system and tools to make further development are studied as well. The result indicates that the main tasks of information management of track & field meeting at basic level include contest regulation setting, pre-contest sign up, pre-contest layout, making schedule book and forms for contest, achievement management announcement during contest, making final results book, etc. The main functions of track & field meeting at basic level are information managements before, during and after contest. Concretely, they are management of regulation setting, pre-contest sign up management, pre-contest layout management, management of making schedule book, and, management of contest information, announcement and inquiry about contest information during the meeting, management of final result book. The system is logically analyzed in two aspects: one is comparison of main and concrete functions, the other include thinking of program design derived from selection logic of development tools and mode programming language that meets requirement of concrete function. The managing flow, main concrete function and proper development tools are integrated to build a common mode for information managing system of track & field meeting at basic level, and provide theoretic instruction for modernized and effective management by computers at such meetings.
