In the 21 st century,China's informatization has entered a comprehensive and rapid development stage,and various new technologies and industries are emerging.In this context,in order to improve the quality of higher education and cope with social changes,the state has proposed the development of "new engineering" and "new medicine" plans,and put forward the new requirements of "based on this,four regression,first-class undergraduate construction".Information management and information system(hereinafter referred to as "information management")is consistent with the idea of high integration between disciplines required by the new engineering.In 2016,the Higher Education Committee of liseqi think tank incorporated it into the scope of new engineering,which is not only an opportunity for the development of information management,but also puts forward higher requirements.However,with the information wave sweeping the world and the strong demand for graduates,the development of information management has become more and more important In the course of discipline development and specialty construction,there are many bottlenecks,such as failing to keep up with the social needs,lagging behind in technology development,and the quality of training needs to be improved.Taking the information management major of H University as an example,this paper comprehensively examines the current situation of its talent training mode,finds out the existing problems,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies,so as to provide reference for the optimization of talent training mode of other relevant colleges and universities while improving the quality of talent training.Based on the benchmarking theory and OBE theory,this paper investigates the students,graduates and relevant employers of information management major in H University by using the methods of questionnaire,interview and comparison,and makes a comparative analysis of the talent training programs of peer benchmarking colleges and universities of the same level.Based on the literature induction and synthesis,this paper finds out the problems existing in the talent training process of medical information management major problems and causes,and gives the corresponding optimization countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The problems of talent training mode are mainly reflected in the backward concept of talent training,unclear training objectives,unreasonable curriculum system,single teaching method,low participation of students,utilitarian teaching evaluation and single way.2.The reasons behind the problem mainly come from four aspects: school,major,teachers and students.The main reasons of the school are as follows: paying more attention to scientific research than teaching,formalizing system management,and paying less attention to non-medical majors.The major reason is the lack of systematic analysis,demonstration and preciseness of talent training plan.The main reasons for teachers are that they attach importance to scientific research and neglect teaching,lack of enthusiasm for the adoption of new teaching methods,and lack of systematic thinking from a professional perspective.The main reasons for the students are the weak awareness of autonomous learning,unclear goals,lack of correct cognition and self positioning.3.Put forward the following countermeasures: first,update the concept of training,clear training positioning and objectives.Secondly,the curriculum system should be optimized from the following aspects: strengthening the integration and reconstruction of subject curriculum,strengthening medical characteristics,optimizing the construction of practice links,and paying attention to the cultivation of communication and cooperation ability.Third,while improving the level of teachers,we should build a diversified interactive teaching mode to stimulate students' awareness of autonomous learning.Fourth,besides the single course examination,we should establish an evaluation system which includes experimental report,paper,skill test,process assessment and reference to the second classroom performance.
