The management system of the athletics has a direct and decisive influence on the country's track and field development. In this transition period, how to make the management system of the athletics track and field more reasonable and more effective, has been the latest research and exploration problem for Government and the community.At present, China athletics track and field management system has many incompatible elements, such as the problems of the management system and resource allocation: inadequate funding, to plan allocation of resources, uneven distribution of economic benefits, inadequate resource allocation mechanisms, inefficiency and inefficiency management; The problems of track and field talent management mechanisms: the serious waste of Talents, players chosen difficulties; The problems of competitive sports and mass sports' coordination. First, combine the administration and public management functions, establish the government-led multi-centered governance model, to realize the value of athletics in the public administration services; Second, combine the scheme regulation and market regulation, government provide the guidance, the markets provide the athletics public goods and services; Third, combine micro-management and coordination of macroeconomic management, the administrative department of the National Track and Field make the Track and Field development policies, adjust the administrative body of track and field to the Association of Track and Field, coordinate various interests; Fourth, combine the competitive nature and the social nature of athletics.On the other hand, innovate the track and field management system, First, from the systematic, objective, scientific principle, establish the track and field objective management systems; Second, to enhance the quality of athletes and managers, to improve the track and field athletes'quantity and quality, adjust the training ,the competition and the selection mechanism, raise the level of coaches coaching.
