Brand is the market's product. Today is a period that commodity is rich day by day and competition stirs up day by day, people's cognition to the brand is much more than to the commodity or service itself. So brand has become the most efficient tool in the market competition. With the development of national market economy and the evolution of higher education system, higher education's market tendency is irreversible. University's brand creation is very important and necessary to the development of the university itself and to gain competitive advantage in the higher education market.UI is the abbreviation of University Identity it derives from CI which is the abbreviation of Corporate Identity. Based on the following information, university's individuality idea, university's spirit, administration strategy, behavior standards and so on, UI shows them to the public society through the whole transmission system. The public will agree with the university and then it will enhance the university's popularity and brand value and create the university culture image.UI brand image consist of UMI, UBI, UPI, USI and UVI. With the new college area construction of Shenyang Institute of Aeronautical Engineering for background and based on the UI strategy theory, this paper analyzed many aspects, such as the importance of applying UI system in the university, how to design and create university's brand image, expanding university's education idea and profession characteristic, enhancing university's culture personal status and administration level and so on. UI brand image creation's meaning is profound in many aspects, such as enhancing university image, showing the education's advantage and characteristic, coagulating and encouraging public, expanding campus spirits civilization construction and thought political work's channels and space.
