The purpose or this research is to discover how to find out the demands of home education for the parents of mental retardation, and how to conform school existing resources to support guardians to promote parents'participation in children's school education and the quality of school service thus causes the student to profit.In order to achieve the above purpose, this research takes the Lab Center in CQNU for example, which used motion research. There are four cycles. First, the demands of home education for the parents of mental retardation were found out, and then the school arranges activities support parents'home education training in meeting parents'demands in Family-School Intercommunion and collects opinions or the suggestions from parents and teachers. The school adjust daily work and Family-School Intercommunion activities by this the basis. After four cycles, the implementation will be analyzed, including the effect. Finally, the parents and teachers will receive Family Support Implementation Attitude Questionnaire, they should have answers on 4 ranks grading to 14 topics. That is to examine implementation effect of this model. Totally, this study applies these methods: motion research, actual inquiry research, statistical analytic research.In this process, the pattern which took parents as the core of the family support model: parent-to-parent support, teacher-to-parent support, parent-to-teacher support, parent-to-kids support, kids-to-parent support, volunteer-to-parent support, and support from community, parents'self-support and the establishment of natural supporting system which takes parents as the core. Results are: (1) It could promote school satisfies guardian parents'participation if the school satisfies demands from parent. (2) This model enabled the teacher working ability to promote. (3) This model had led this school happy teaching development. (4) The implementation this model enhanced this school service quality. (5) According to data statistics, it could be found that, in this 14-item questionnaire, the mean value of each topic score between 1.00~1.68, the T-test result for 0.165ï¹¥0.05.It showed that, parents and teachers approve this model; and their views are consistent. (6) In 14 topics, 80% above approval topic has 5 items, occupied the total topic 35.7%, concentrating on"the school met parents needs, there were interactions between families and parents participated in the school education and business". 60% above approval topic have 6, occupied the total topic 42.9%, concentrating on"the acknowledgement and education participation of family members, acceptations of teacher's suggestions, school education participation of parents and the progress of students". 50% above approval topic have 3, occupied the total topic 21.4%, concentrating on"situations of parents'participation in children's school education, the home education training situations and utilizations of teachers'method".Finally, this article refers to the insufficiency of this research: This research developed a family support model, just due to dynamic education demands of parents, that just the situation of a lab center. The sample is relatively small, therefore, there needs the discrete its deduction scope when this findings in deduction time.
