Relationship Between Education, Life Experience And Individual Success

Science the reform and open policy from 80's in last century, China Start its social reforming and modernized processing, at the same time social-class differentiation and the conformity phenomenon appeared. Social vicissitude has become a kind of inner power to promote the society modernization in Chinese society. Marketing economy reforming is a complex and the multiplication process. What kind of person can be success? what kinds of elements influence one person become elite? This thesis tries to answer the above questions in order to explain the personal factors and social factors that regarding the social status obtaining. And how the education experiences and life experience promotes people to obtain these successful qualities?This thesis tries to reply above questions from the cultural capital and the social capital theory. Through analyze the growing experience of Mr. A, the researcher found that the concrete application cultural capital has big influence to one's success, but the systemized cultural capital is not the essential conditions to one's success. The individual transform the education experience and live experience to cultural capital will be influenced by his/her family school life.As for the social capital, the reforming background provides the possibility and good environment that is helpful to make the individual become the elite. One's early life and education play a very important role in the way of constructing one's own social capital, and this way in turn affected the individual to construct his/her education experience, and finally impelled oneself to be successful.The analysis of Mr. A's experience also provides the home and school education some good experience which might profit from. No matter the family or the school, they need to put the center of gravity in helping the students obtain the ability of constructing their social capital. And good social capital also may help the individual promoting his/her cultural ability.
