In the context of the national rural revitalization strategy,with the introduction of a large number of supportive a policy for returning immigrant workers to the home to set up their own business,the behavior of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses has been stimulated.This behavior not only creates jobs for the local people,promotes the economic development of the original labor outflow areas,but also transforms and improves the workers themselves in the choice of new labor methods.It is of great significance to study entrepreneurship of migrant workers their outward experience and family capital endowment.The reason why migrant workers choose to return home to start their own businesses is,on the one hand,that they have accumulated capital and experience during their travel experience,which has enabled them to have the capital to start their own businesses;on the other hand,that their own family capital endowment is sufficient to support the emergence of entrepreneurial behavior.Supporting and making foreigners return to their homes,to let them go from the beginning of business.is an important part of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The resource endowment and policy support of migrant workers themselves are essential conditions for their entrepreneurship.Based on the above background,this paper uses CHFS 2019 cross-sectional data to construct a logistic regression model to analyse the influence of outworking experience and household capital endowment on migrant workers’ self-employment behaviour.The results show that migrant workers’ work experience outside the home,social capital,human capital,and financial capital have a significant positive impact on their choice of self-employment.Migrant workers with outworking experience are the first to accumulate a large amount of capital and experience in the process of outworking,so they are sensitive to the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities and have a more positive attitude towards entrepreneurship.Both social capital and human capital have a significant impact on migrant workers’ entrepreneurial choices,mainly through expanding their social networks and accumulating their own human costs through education and training,respectively,to promote migrant workers’ entrepreneurial behaviour;financial investment has a positive impact on migrant workers’ choice to start their own businesses,because in terms of entrepreneurial behaviour itself,migrant workers’ entrepreneurial behaviour is a kind of risky investment behaviour,and the influence of financial aspects in the process of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship is The influence of finance is higher than other capital.Financial social work,as one of the developmental social work approaches,focuses on enhancing financial capability and financial literacy,which can play an important role in migrant workers’ entrepreneurship.Therefore,this paper combines the results of empirical research and makes recommendations from the perspective of financial social work in three areas: personal,social and social work.At the individual level,the main objective is to enhance financial support by learning financial knowledge and improving one’s own financial capability,integrating financial resources around one’s own and establishing a financial social support network;at the social level,the main objective is to create a favourable financial environment for migrant workers’ entrepreneurship through the government and financial organisations,and to continuously establish a sound financial mechanism;at the social work level,the main objective is to use the group work of social work to carry out migrant workers’ financial In terms of social work,we mainly use social work groups to develop financial empowerment groups and mutual support groups for migrant workers,to improve their financial capacity and provide informal support for migrant workers’ entrepreneurship,and to cultivate financial social workers,strengthen the construction of financial social work teams,and enhance the standardization and specialization of financial social work in the field of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship.
