Digital content is a new direction in Educational Technology. The model of digital content is different from the character of other direction of Educational Technology. This thesis analyses the requirement of digital content. In the light of the problem of digital content, it analyses the inadequacy of fostering talents in digital content in college. By analysing the significance of fostering talents in digital content, on the basis of the theory of Project-based Learning, I design this model of fostering talents in digital content and apply it, assess it in my practical teaching.This thesis is based on the project which the writer is presiding over in Wenzhou College. This article contains 6 chapters. The first part is the preface, it elaborates on the background of the thesis and the meaning of choosing this topic , defines some important concepts in the thesis, carry out the content of the thesis. The second chapter is the summary of connected problems, which contains the analysis of the state of the development of digital content around the world, the analysis of the character of creative technology of digital content, the analysis of some explanations on "PBL" which were proposed by foreign learners, the analysis of the fundamental elements and connotation of talents of digital content and the present situation of digital teaching in college. The third chapter is to find out the requirement of digital content talents through the questionnaire. It analyses structural requirement of talents in digital industry and the probability of fostering digital content talents in Educational Technology. The fourth chapter is to analyse the inadequacy of experimental teaching whose aim is to train digital talent through the survey and the educational model of the cooperation of school and enterprise and its classification, portray the model of the fostering of digital content talent and analyse the basic procedures to achieve it .In the fifth chapter, it mainly elaborates on the circumstance of fostering digital content talents in Wenzhou University, and the result of assessment. In the last chapter, I sum up the content, point out the limitation of the research and the prospect of the research .The research of this dissertation has been taught and practised in Wenzhou University for two years and got some achiement. It has been approved by students and college. This research can provide some enlightenment for the reform of digital content teaching.
