At present, our country is being in the social reforming time. Social reforming not only meant economic structure, political structure reforming, moreover also is cultural structure reforming. Profound,large-scale social reforming, inevitably can cause cultural tradition change, the value idea renewal, the personality patterns'transformation, the humanities spirit constructs and so on. This question is more and more prominent and important. But, having the huge influence to the society and the people, education is also inevitably to occupy the significant reforming time. The education has the pivotal function to our country. Sports-teaching is the important constituent of sports education. Its new pattern constructs the rationality and the scientific nature, and always receives the enormous attention.The research discovered, at present there are several many educational models in sports teaching domain, such as the type of grasps educational model, the discovery educational model, the joyful sports educational model, success sports educational model and so on. However these educational models have certain problems. When constructs the new universities sports educational model, we must reliably set up "human centered" teaching idea, and finish the work basing on improving the teaching goal, the course content choice, the teaching method utilization, teaching appraisal implementation as well as teacher accomplishment enhancement and so on. Simultaneously, constructing new educational model depends on renewing the education thought idea, giving full play to student's main body spirit, reforming talented person raise pattern.
