| Cooperative learning, which rose in US in early 1970's and had made substantive progress between middle 1970's and middle 1980's, is one kind of creative and the effective teaching theory and strategy. It has notable effect in improving the social psychology atmosphere in the classroom, promoting the students to form good non- cognition quality, remedying the insufficiency of class teaching and individual teaching and effectively improving the student's academic achievement etc. which has aroused the interest of various countries and becomes one of the mainstream teaching theory and strategies of the contemporary and is praised as "the most important and successful educational reform in recent decades". As a kind of transformation from traditional education model, cooperative learning also will cause the teacher's teaching view and the student's study view to change. Wang Tan, one scholar of China, defines it like this: Cooperative learning is a kind of teaching methods system aiming at encouraging the students to mutually cooperate in a group of different quality so as to achieve the same study goal, and then taking the group's overall results as encouraging standards.This study takes 48 students of the nurse class 6 of 2005 grade of a medium health vocational school as research object, namely experimental class, and the nurse class 7 of 2005 grade as research comparison, namely comparison class. The experimental class uses cooperation study method on "Anatomy & Physiology" and the comparison class still use traditional teaching form; Based on existed domestic and foreign theories and practices and guided by related theories, we attempt to study the group cooperative learning in the teaching of "Anatomy & Physiology" against the student's insufficient self-confidence and enthusiasm, deficiency of cooperation consciousness and detesting of study and so on. We tried to find out how to change the teachers' role in group cooperation study, how to show the student's main position, how to guide the students to positively cooperate and communicate, how to judge the students and then to improve the student's study attitude, and how to solve the problems in study process. Through observation, the research compares the class that uses cooperation study method with that of traditional one, and discovers that cooperation study can give the students more opportunities for independent study, mutual discusses and more chances to find problems and their solutions. The classroom atmosphere is extremely active, and the students'' study initiative has been greatly improved. Questionnaire survey shows cooperation learning can active the class, enhance the students' study consciousness, satisfy the students' need of self-respect and stimulate the desire for knowledge, so as to strength the students' self-confidence and improve their study attitudes. Cooperation study encourages the student to admit other people and get more cooperation consciousness; The cooperation study provides more practicing opportunity to help the student to eliminate helpless feeling, and make it easy for teachers to discover the student questions. We also discover that the experimental class' academic score is higher than the comparison class', which proves cooperation study can enhance the student academic achievement. Through cooperation study, the teacher's teaching view has been greatly affected, making them continuously to reconsider their teaching work. |
