Regarding the students which just rose into the high school, they were being in the rapid development age of the physiology and the psychology, in the meantime they must face completely different environment with the junior middle school, and so all must have an adaptation time to the school, the teaching material and the teachers. In the adaptation time, their behaviors will directly decide their next development. Thus, the first year of high school is account for very important to the entire high school stage due to which study differentiation of students in the high school stage is mainly on in this time. According to the student characteristic and the teaching material content, in this stage, the choice and application of teaching strategy are counted for much.Chemistry is one of the most intuitionist and strongest interesting subjects in high school all subjects. In chemistry teaching, the basis of its teaching strategy formulation and choice is interlinked to the basis of the general teaching strategy formulation and choice, so they may be implemented in virtue of the mentality of the general teaching strategy. On the stratification plane which may operate, chemistry teaching strategy includes teaching process, content arrangement and choice to teaching method, step and organization form. Because these factors and their combination ways are various and in addition chemistry character also exists, the complex multiplicity of the chemistry teaching strategy will is ineluctable. Behind the complex and diverse, what its general rule is, which questions should be paid attention to in the concrete application, which this article tries hard to explain.By utilizing the modern education theory and taking the high school chemistry teaching as the basic point, this article has analyzed present situation of the high student chemistry study and has studied how to choose and apply all kinds of teaching strategy in the important stage of this high school teaching, attempts to produces the procedural methods by the case.This article research mainly includes:The first year of high school is the main stage that the high school student studies split up, which has been clear in this paper. Through analysis to the high student's physiological and psychological characteristic and the compatibility of the high student to the high school curriculums, and the investigation to the present situation of the high student chemistry study by designing the adjusted questionnaire, and the conclusion will be drawn in two aspects about the theory and practice.The general principle of choosing the teaching strategy was proposed in the high chemistry teaching. Because the teachers have to face with the special community of the newborn whose rapidly grows in the physiology and the psychology in this special school year, it is no other than that all kinds of appropriate teaching strategy are fully utilized to effectively avoid student's differentiation. The general principles in the teaching strategy choice should be grasped: First is advantageous to transition of the junior middle school to the beginning of high school. Second is advantageous to study interest stimulation. Third is advantageous to training the student's ability to inquire. Fourth is advantageous to training the student's ability to study independently.On the base of collecting the senior and colleague research results in the course of teaching preparation, something such as teaching implementation and teaching appraisal and teaching strategy choose is carried on the edit, the generalized and procedural procedure is given, and the individual view to some concrete questions is also proposed, which include thinning and classifying the goal in the course of the teaching preparation, making the teaching material content person culture, confirming the general procedure of inquiring experiment and evaluating high student chemistry teaching goal, way and so on.This article gives the essential method and the procedure about choice and the application of teaching strategy in the high chemistry teaching by taking individual experience as the example, which has enumerated in more teaching case. The intention is to show that the teaching in the certain degree is perfect union between the teaching theory and the teaching art in the teaching practice and it is only insufficient by the theory elaboration and the explanation. Practically, the choice and application of teaching strategy are extremely rich and highly personalized, and so the teacher is strategy engineer and implementer as well as inventor.
