Socialization of university students has the vital signifccance for individual development. On the view of socialization, the educational goals of the Higher Vocational Education should promote students to finish the course content of their socialization, and assist them cntering the society successfully after graduation, undertaking certain social roles.As an important group in university, socialization of the students in the Higher Vocational Colleges emerged sonic particular problems recently. However, domestic research shows there is little known study on the phenomena. Basing on theory of educational sociology, the author chose this topic, and had an investigation through several years practice so as to enrich the whole socialization field, and improve students' growing-up towards health way.Referring existing research results, the author have classified general and peculiar problems during socialization of the students in the Higher Vocational Colleges, and then made an analysis on them. By these ways the author points out two reasons according the problems. One is due to the contradiction between the social environment of the Vocational College Students and the demand of individual socialization. The second is family, school; even the society all neglected the contradiction, including some old problems in social structure and educational custom, as a result that it strengthens the possibility that students met difficult in socialization.Finally, the author suggests that it should play roles to promote socialization for the students in the Higher Vocational Colleges. These roles include security part of family, promotion part of school and guide part of society. On the basises, the students in the Higher Vocational Colleges need develop their dynamic subjective, recognizing "I" and enriching "me" which will contribute to improve individuals'self-achievement process and realize the educational goals.
