The core of the scientific curriculum reform is to change "take the knowledge system as the central of scie(?)tific conclusion education" into "take the inquiring into as the central of scientific process education", emphasizing study in the process. While, appraises of test is precisely the key of manifesting this character.This article based on the track of students who are in the first (fall of 2004) scientific curriculum reform in Wuhan, taking the city terminal examinations each semester as breakthrough point, carrying on study of appraises of test in grade seven and eight. And this paper take thorough research in three dimensional goals which contains the knowledge and the skill, the process and the method, the emotion manner values on the aspect of establishing the test questions, proposing the goal test system whose center is the ability and rejecting the traditional system whose center is the knowledge, so as to improve unceasingly through practice. The topic establishment is divided into two kinds which contains choice question and expression writes, and area indexing of the test is established mainly in expression writes. The mark of examination paper is 150, the time of test is 120 minutes and the difficulty coefficient is 0.7.
