This study aimed at2011to2013, analyzed the consistency of the national junior high school physics graduation examination paper and curriculum content standards. First, by stratified random sampling to select for nearly three years, a total of45samples. Combined with the "Compulsory education physics curriculum standard (2011edition)"(Hereinafter referred to as "Standard"), coding from two plates of the scientific content and the scientific inquiry. In scientific content part, combined with statistical analysis of the SEC mode, through Porter consistency coefficient were analyzed. In science inquiry part, from the science inquiry project and scientific inquiry elements, respectively, the samples have been statistically analyzed. While science inquiry project, further divided into "the standard" internal scientific explore projects as well as the "Standard" external explore projects for statistical analysis. Through data statistics, combining with the analysis chart method, this study obtained the uniformity characteristics of national junior high school physics graduation examination papers and curriculum content standards. Among them, in the scientific content part, the consistency degree of physics graduation papers and course content in the standard is not balanced, and its stability is also different. From the macroscopic view, in2011and2012it was relatively stable for two years, and no significant difference; in2013, there was great changes a nationwide. In science inquiry section, the number of national junior high school physics graduation examination paper has examined in "Standard" internal explore projects is less; examination of the "Standard" internal explore projects have not stability. Whether it is within the "Standard" or outside the "Standard", there is a regional bias at explore projects the most regions of the country examined. For the external "Standard" explore projects, the volume examine samples of the four regional areas at nearly three years did not involve the part of light. National junior high school physics graduation examination paper for science inquiry elements of the test is not comprehensive, inside the "Standard" explore projects the examines involved the most is explore elements analysis and argument.
