With the identification of quality education, implementation of the credit system, the reform of the college education brings about many problems. How to cultivate the college students' study habit, that is the college students can determine study aim, choose study content, and construct knowledge and ability structure adjusting to the demand of the era according to the development of the economy and the society, the advancement of the science and technology, and the demand of the human resource market; How to teach the college students to be a human, that is the students are of good moral character, healthy psychological quality, firm and indomitable virtues, honest and confident, uniting and cooperating; How to cultivate the college students the ability of innovation, that is the students are of individuality, the spirit and capability of innovation. These are the core tasks of the higher education. Confronting the new situation, new circumstances and new problems, student-managing must be innovated and reformed on the form, content and system, so as to match the education regular pattern, the requirement of the era, and the demand of the human resource. The traditional student-managing model—class adviser and assistant system gives its scope in the history, but exposes many problems with the changing of the situation day by day. Reforming or improving the student-managing model is in need.
