The Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)clearly points out that every student should be cared for,promote the active development of every student,respect the law of education and the law of students' physical and mental development,and provide appropriate education for every student.Therefore,education not only pursues the all-round development of all students,but also advocates the concept of people-oriented,respects the law of education,and respects the development of students' personality.In this way,we can effectively improve the comprehensive ability and quality of ordinary high school students.The author finds that the management mode of "Student Growth Tutorial System" is an effective management mode adapting to students' different needs and individual differences.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to implement the "Student Growth Tutorial System" in ordinary high schools and how to effectively promote students' overall and healthy growth under the background of the new curriculum reform.This paper attempts to use relevant pedagogical theories to make a preliminary discussion on the practice and development of the "Student Growth Tutorial System" implemented in M High School of Yunnan.Hope to provide basic research model for the general high school education in our province,hope to provide some constructive guidance and countermeasures for the overall healthy development of high school students.This paper is divided into three chapters:The first chapter is an introduction.Firstly,the reasons for choosing the topic and the significance of the research are discussed.Not only the concepts of tutorial system and student growth tutor are defined,but also the comparison between Student Growth Tutorial System and head teacher system is made.It is clear that the tutorial system is an effective complement to the head teacher system.The second chapter takes M High School of Yunnan as an example to further analyze the feasibility and necessity of implementing the "Student Growth Tutorial System" in this school.It holds that the implementation of the "Student GrowthTutorial System" has its theoretical basis and practical basis,and is the inevitable result of educational reform.This chapter introduces the concrete practice of implementing the management mode of "Student Growth Tutorial System" in M High School of Yunnan,and analyses the case stories under the management mode from three aspects.In the third chapter,through the results of the questionnaire survey,the implementation of the "Student Growth Tutorial System" in M High School of Yunnan is analyzed,and the remarkable achievements of the "Student Growth Tutor System" management are expounded,and the management model is rethought and discussed.
