The Construction And Exploration For Teaching And Research Section Based On The Team Operation Pattern

Teaching and research section is the basic unit in teaching management,and is a main platform for teachers' further professional learning. With the development of the new curriculum reform,school management is facing a mode-transition reform. As a middle organization, teaching and research section is playing a very important role in schools' mode- transition reform. However, there are many problems in traditional teaching-research groups. A section must be built up at once,which is suitable both for the improvement of teachers' profession and for the forming of organization collaborative culture. We must think about the positions and functions of teaching and research section again ,and design its strcuture again.In this thesis,the construction and exploration for teaching and research section based on the team operation pattern are put forward. Teaching and research section based on the team operation pattern is an organization whose key is the team operation and whose features are autonomy,cooperation,openness and specialized. The survey finds : The degree of teachers'dissatisfaction to teaching-research groups and of the non-utilitarianism need to teaching-research groups is very high,which is the factual basis of constructing teaching and research section based on the team operation pattern.
