Study Of University Teachers Innovative Team Mode Of Operation

The thesis, belonging to the field of higher educational administration, probes into the questions of higher educational micro-administration. With the open of the national HR reference and the operation of the HR stronger nation strategy, HR competition get more serious, which bring challenge and opportunity to teachers of HEI. Among that, establishing of teacher original team has been given particular concerns.In the thesis, the author focuses on the study on the teacher original team mode of HEI in an attempt to clarify the operation mode of the teacher original team by the team theory of the organization behavior science, and confidence it by some successful cases, on the basis of which produce the establishing plan of teacher original team in NJUNST where the author study. The thesis begins with the analysis of the research background of cooperation and origination, and define the related conceptions; then it prove the importance of teacher original team from several aspects and analysis its system; after that it recalls the current problems of the original team in our HEIS and state the experiences in foreign universities; finally, the thesis establish the mode of the teacher original team in our HEIS and analysis it by some successful cases; On the basis of it, it bring to the specific establishing plan of teacher original team in NJUNST where the author study.
