The research and application of concept map abroad are quite comprehensive, but the study about concept map as a new test question is still groping. Consequently, with literature, investigation, action and experimentation research methods, the topic of concept map test will be preliminary discussed in the paper, such as the reason why concept map is an effective evaluation tool and its feasibility. The approaches to working out concept map test are brought forward. A new scoring system is also brought forward that concept map test is scored by "effective grading + remark + student evaluation +teacher evaluation". Having gotten the authentic data from concept map train and test experiment, the validity and reliability of concept map test question are analyzed based on Classical Test Theory in quantitive ways, the problems of remarks and students evaluation are analyzed in qualitative ways, and the attitudes about application of concept map test from the students and the teachers are also interpreted. Research finds are as follows. First, if multiple-choice test is regarded as the validity criterion, the concept map test has the low criterion-related validity. But concept map can provide some useful information about students' knowledge structure that the multiple-choice test can't show.
