As the basic means of info society, info technology ability will definitely become the basic composition part of teachers'professional qualifications. Enhancing teachers'info technology education is necessarily needed in teachers'own development during education info trend progress.With the background of relationships among info era, education info trend and education innovation, this thesis adopted many research ways like reference, survey, comparison, inducing, illustration and tabling etc to make deep analysis and brave exploring aiming at info technology education's present status and solving measures of local middle and elementary school teachers.The first part, expound the background of the research summarily, to point out tha, it is important that the research will promote and develop the middle and elementary school teachers'info technology education of Jilin Province.The second part, on the base of seriously researching info qualifications and concept of info technology ability, pointed out the content contained in teachers'info qualifications, and tried to explain teacher info technology education's characters as info professional education, so that it can be differed from info technology education for common learners.The third part, through the survey for local middle and elementary teachers'info technology ability and present education status, found that teacher colleges didn't offer sufficient education at campus, while simply used basic computer lessons to replace info technology education, also the content and means they offered had big difference from the real teaching. In addition, such situations were detected that, aiming at middle and elementary school teachers, the info technology-training mode is single and content is not reasonable etc, which easily made a big distance between theory and practical application.The fourth part, tried, on the base of research results of studiers home and abroad, to use the profession of teachers'info qualifications and teachers'info technology education as theory frame of research, and to make analysis of teachers'info technology education policy, training contents and practical applications of the United States, UK and Japan, in the meanwhile, to point out hints to our middle and elementary school teachers'info technology education.The fifth part, aiming at the present status of local middle and elementary school teachers'info technology education, worked out suggestions to innovate middle and elementary school teachers'info technology education, with the combination of our country's situation.
