Problem posing is an important symbol of innovation, which has been agreed by a growing number of math teachers and education researchers. As the influence of exam-oriented education, students'awareness of query and innovation are weak generally. Concretely, ability of problem posing is still weaker than that of problem solving. An important cause that students couldn't pose problems is that they don't understand the ways and means of problem posing. Therefore, teachers should be teach some problem-posing strategy to students. In the strategy of problem posing, Brown and Walter put forward the"What if not?"strategy. Namely, you can negate attributes of original question, and then posing new reasonable questions by changing certain attributes freely, in which maintain the following rules:First, to determine the starting point, which could be known proposition, question, concepts, etc.;Second, to set targets for analysis, and describe their various attributes;Third, to think each of the listed"attributes":"If not this attribute, What it may be?";Fourth, on the basis of the above analysis of the possibilities, to put forward new questions;Fifth, to choose from the new questions. Currently, the strategy has not yet been studied thoroughly on theoretical and empirical research in China. As we all know, plane geometry learning is very important for students'thinking development, but which can not stop at logic level; It is necessary to train students in mathematical intuition and mathematical innovative consciousness. Therefore, my paper is to study the major issues:Is"What if not?"strategy effective for students to posing geometric problem? How do we evaluate the questions...
