In the 21st century, the opinions of the reform in curriculum of basic education both at home and abroad, demonstrate a lot of common trends: Pay attention to the improvement of the basic academic attainments; pay attention to the forming of information accomplishment of the computer; pay attention to the cultivation of the thinking in creation and development ; emphasize values education and moral education; respect students' experience and develop students'individual character .Facing the domestic and international tendency, we have to review the existing educational thoughts and educational ideas deeply, scrutinize the training objective of talents , training models , educational contents , educational methods again. Reforms to traditional courses are the calls of the times, and the necessity of history. Course reform should not only pay attention to the reform of content, but also emphasize the renewal of teaching ideas and teaching methods. It is an important means to realize the re-set target of the course reform to improve the traditional teaching methods and construct new teaching models. New teaching models must change from teachers'standard to students'standard, from being closed to being open, from instruction—receiving to inquiry—teaching.Today in implementing quality-oriented education, the plural intelligence theory is the best explanation to the quality-oriented education, and it is also the important theoretical foundation of students'independent development. It is the main character to stress students' subject status and increase students' " independent activity ". Carrying out inquiry-- teaching can make students get due development in such aspects as basic knowledge, basic skills , basic attitude , basic ideas and etc . However, in the ongoing reform at present, we should know it is demanding prompt solution to some negative influence at the same time, too. There should be its own succession in reform and development of teaching; Contents of the courses , methods , organizational forms all have a relative stability. Even some respects have improved, it is not to deny the tradition totally, but appears various forms such as inheriting and more high-level synthesis that is criticized ,etc..Education has its models, but there is no definite models; The model without definite models is the best model . Teaching modeling is the important means to raise teachers'teaching level, a really effective construction is to"construct independently". Any other people's models can not replace the model built by the teacher himself. If every teacher studies the teaching theory...
