Study On The Predictions And Countermeasure Of Human Resources Management In GD Professional Technology Institute

Developing the professional education greatly, speeding up development of human resources, are significant measures for carrying out the strategy of"the talented person powerful nation"and"relying on science and education to rejuvenate the nation", making our country go on a way of the new industrialization, solving the "three agriculture" question, and promoting employment; are also important ways for comprehensively improving the national quality, transforming the pressure of our country's great population into the advantage of human resources, promoting the overall national power, and constructing a harmonious society. The domestic colleges and universities of vocational training nowadays are restricting its own development because of its backwardness in management of human resources. It is a prior and urgent matter to establish a system of human resources for attracting, retaining the talented person, and rational flow of trained personnel, to deepen the interior reform of human resources management in the colleges and universities to fully mobilize the initiative of the whole staff,for providing the sufficient source power to development of the colleges and universities.The GD professional technology institute is a representative in the domestic vocational education.
