Construction Of The Green University In The Ethics Vision And Its Environmental Moral Education

From Industrial Revolution, the environment problem of some developed industrial countries is increasingly outstanding, but till the beginning of 20th century, the environment problem is still partial and regional problem. Along with the high-speed growth of the population and the industrialization, it is the pollution of the environment and the broken of the ecology systems that endanger the mankind's existence and multiply. The mankind are deeply aware that we have to change the traditional idea to "conquer" the nature, and establish the ever-lasting development idea that the person get along well with the nature, call for the ages of"green civilization". Under this background, the higher education boundary remake sure the reform direction, and take " green and ever-lasting development" concept into every aspect of the university's development ,and educate the high-level talented person who are kind to the environment. The "green university" gradually becomes the new development mode of the universities.The article consists of 5 parts: preface, the first chapter, the second chapter, the third chapter and conclusion.In Chapter 1 in the ethics vision, firstly the author defines the meaning of the green university, and points out that the green university is the higher education organization to carry through the ever-lasting development idea completely. Then explains green university construction's science and philosophy theory foundation-environmental ethics. To analyze the present conditions home and abroad, the author sums up advanced experiences and weak links in green university construction, and analyzes the reason. Finally it elaborates aggressive meaning of setting up the green university;In Chapter 2, from theories to practice, it tells how to set up green universities systematically; The soft environment construction pay more attention to renewing the idea and establishing the institutions and standard, Emphasized to discuss how to popularize the"green university" idea and the "green" consciousness. Drew up the environmental moral norm also, and establish the environmental moral encourage mechanism. Then it tells us in details about how to set up green university from the education system and the environment system;In Chapter 3 it deeply study on how to educate the high-level talented person who has the environmental moral consciousness through systematical education. This is the key point and final purpose of the construction of the green universities. It tells us the contents of environmental moral education of the green universities: the goal of education, the courses, the environment laws education and particularly item study; then, with the theories introduction and the vivid case example analysis, it tells us six implement paths, which provide some experiences and references to higher environmental moral education.
