In current Chinese education, an increasingly number of students show little interests in, and are even bored with Chinese classes, which is the major cause of the long-standing problem of high cost and low efficiency in Chinese education. In order to change the situation and thus to improve Chinese education, the author tries to adopt a highly-effective and new education approach. Through discussing the theory of situated teaching and combining its theory and practice, the article mainly makes and exploration into the application and operation of Chinese situated teaching in middle school. The whole passage consists of three chapters. Chapter 1 mainly explains the clarification of Chinese situated teaching and gives a brief introduction of its characters and function; chapter2 discusses the application of Chinese situated teaching, including three principles in creating teaching situations and the three strategies needed in utilizing the principles; in chapter3, in the light of the author's personal teaching experience, the theoretical foundation and practical significance of Chinese situated education are being discussed thoroughly.
