The Ethical Examination About The Educational Equality

The article attempted to make a close examination of realizing the educational equality in harmonious society, and tried to expound it from the following three aspects:Firstly, the article stated that the educational equality was not a pure concept of economy and education, but contained the meaning of ethics. No matter how to comprehend it, it involved the issue of value estimation, that is to say, the issue of standard of right and wrong. It required the government try to equally distribute diversified fundamental rights and obligations of education, and the educators try to appropriately treat and correctly evaluate each educated, which core was the rationality of interest distribution and adjustment.Secondly, the article analyzed the base structure and the main manifestation of educational inequality from the educational equality of socialization as well as morality, and argued that both inequality in distribution of educational resources between regions, classes, urban and rural areas, and identity of course design,teaching methods and assess methods largely hindered the sound development of education in our country, which we must change.Lastly, from the point view of "three representation", the article analyzed the significance of fulfilling educational equality in harmonious society, and believed that educational equality is the foremost factor to realize human's all around development, important guarantee to construct a harmonious society and the best method to solve the contradiction of equality and efficiency, therefore, our government should attach great importance to the study and settlement of educational equality. Thus in order to settle this issue in a really effective way, we must grasp the three ethical principles of equality and diversity, regularity and relativity, priority and compensation when we fulfill the educational equality.
