For a long time, our education mode, which was seriously affected by kalofu Russia, emphasized so much on teacher, textbook and classroom, such kind of education mode inevitably restrained the students' ability of initiative and creativity .With the development of our education theory and more practice performed, we gradually recognize that the reform should be taken place in our education field, especially such kind of knowledge presenting teaching style and student's passively learning .As the curriculum reform and quality education going on ,the conception that the positive participation involving activity is important for children's growing is widely accepted. Till the national education committee put the activity involving course into the 9-year compulsory education program in the 7th curricula reform in 1990th, the activity involving course started to play a key role in children's growing and education program. In the 8th curricula reform, the above theory was inherited and developed.And during this curricula reform, the two courses, "moral and life", "moral and the society", were presented. The course of "moral and life", which is based on children's lives and opened in the first two grads in elementary school, aims to foster children's good moral character and interesting in lives. The course of "moral and the society", which is based on the social life of our children and opened in the 3-6 grads in elementary school, aims to help children to form good moral character and sociality. Both of them focus on development of student's, but actually, much misunderstanding of "activity involving teaching mode" exist in the teachers for the course of "moral and the society".The course of "moral and life" and "moral and the society" in elementary school could help the development of children's moral character and sociality. In this paper, the author explained the significance of activity teaching in primary school based on that.There are four basic principle for the designing the course of "moral and life" and "moral and the society". First, principle of Initiative. Second, principle of question. Third, principle of situation. Fourth, principle of development. Fifth, principle of democracy.In this paper, the author also introduced six activity types. First, discussion. Second, interview. Third, debate. Fourth, knowledge competition. Fifth, playing games. Sixth, roll play.
