Moral character and life is a new kind of comprehensive curriculum. It is not strict system in which only moral and life is pursued. On the contrary, it comes from children's lives that children's social lives were integrated essentially. And it is curriculum in which life education is carried out, at the same time; moral character education is naturally done by children's experience. Moral character education developed in curriculum must rely on children's living world, and regard social and moral affair or problem contained in children's lives as material. According social and moral affair or problem happened in children's lives as moral character education in which patriotism, socialism and collectivism education are infiltrated into plenty and significant activity, children's lives are led to by correct value point. In this curriculum, children's moral character study is not symbol study irrelevant with them, but study that moral character education is tried hard to change into true, concrete, sensate, apprehensible and realizable education.In this dissertation, reviewing and self-examination our country's curricular implementation of moral character education in primary school in past years, producing background of new curriculum— moral character and life is introduced. Basic theory, character, aim and content criterion about moral character and life curriculum are summarized as well. Furthermore, associated with author's teaching fore(?)ront experience, teaching plan and implementation of moral character and life curriculum on background of new curricular reform are emphasized. The above are useful attempt for well developing of new curriculum.On teaching plan, this dissertation is tried to close to teacher's teaching practice from the viewpoint of author's forefront work. Then material of vivid teaching practice are prepared, and basic items of teaching activity, include active aim, active preparative, active link, and so on, are regarded as start point. The profound things, which main active types and problems attended on teaching plan, are explained in a simple way. Thereby, teacher's experience and cognition are sublimed.On teaching activity, rich and colorful teaching active forms are adopted by developing characteristic of children's body and mind. Therefore, all teaching are not rigidly adhered to empty theory, thus directing function from theory to practice is improved in seeking problem.
