Graduation ceremony is an important part of rituals activities in school. As a life ceremony, it is one of academic career nodes, as well as one node of growth. Graduation ceremony is not a simple celebration, which carries so many of the ideas and sentiments of school culture. And it plays an important role as other rituals and ceremonies generally do. Thus, the display process of the graduation ceremony is not only a progress to recognize and affirm the graduates' academic achievement, to empower and confer their new identity, new responsibilities and obligations, but also to show and teach them some values and make them recognize them.In short, the school culture and values permeate and infiltrate any details of graduation ceremony. Through a comprehensive display of the graduation ceremony and in-depth analysis of the graduation ceremony, we can vividly display school cultures. Pros and cons are as far as possible in it.This paper is based on the graduation ceremony of School C. And it runs through the text. When we display the graduation ceremony of School C, we also make a comparative analysis between its and other graduation ceremonies. We try to display and reflect the pros and cons of current school culture through the display of graduation ceremony. And while we attempt to reconstruct the graduation ceremony of School C, we put forward our proposals to reconstruct our school culture. In this paper, we attempt to demonstrate with the major states: more and more people concern with and give more attention to various rituals and ceremonies in school in present. But as specific activities is concerned, there is just a form, no real substance. Graduation ceremony is a good example. Many of our graduation ceremony have the similar problems as School C. And the main problem is that many graduation ceremonies can not fully respect the real needs of the students and the students can not give full play to their initiative in their graduation ceremony. In fact, this phenomenon of indifference and alienation of the student's subjectivity is just the portrayal of current culture of a school. In light of the above, we should give full play to the subjectivity and initiative of students in the reconstruction process of school culture. We should develop our school culture through "Communicative action". We should help student to grow initiatively and healthily through "Communicative action ".
